It really is the crown in Kandy. We loved everything with our stay. Chathurika and her team are so attentive and kind. They did everything they could for our stay to be the most pleasant. The place is so beautiful. My recommendation to everyone coming to Kandy. Thank you for a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back.

Their home and rooms are spacious and well-equipped, good wifi. We loved that there was a tea/coffee station, full kitchen, fridge, lounge and dining table that we had access to. The kids loved the toys and board games - hello Monopoly! Lesley and family organised us a tuktuk tour around town (to temples, lake, spice garden, gem factory and more!) as we only one afternoon to explore, and it was super, they made us a wonderful array of vege curries and salads, rice and roti for a small charge for dinner and a beautiful breakfast with tropical fruits the next day! We loved our stay.

Beautiful home stay up in the hills, a stones throw from the city yet peaceful and calm. Great views from the balcony. The entire place is spotless, the bedroom was well thought out and comfortable. The host was welcoming and informative. She was happy to share local knowledge and tips on what to see and do. Yes, the property is up a steep driveway but I saw it as bonus exercise. We had included breakfast which was eggs, toast, spreads. We also had dinner here which was a humble home cooked meal featuring a delicious pineapple and cucumber salad. I’ve also attached 2 photos to show the signs at the bottom of the driveway so it’s easier for you to find as there’s no Misty Clouds signage to indicate where to go until your literally in front of the property.

The owner is very very helpful and nice, he made sure I could get on a right train even after check out. He even called the train company for me.

While it was a little out of the city centre, with a car or even tuk tuk, it’s not a problem. And it was very quiet for sleeping. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
