We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere surronded by animals while we were actually ideally located. We saw the lion rock, Dambulla and did 2 safaris from the hotel (Horulu & Wilpattu). Hosts are very helpful to give you advice, price, find tuk tuk at any time etc...Everyone was lovely and our deluxe water cottage was very comfortable.

The host and his family are really nice. They arranged a safari trip for us and also gave as a free ride to the Lion’s Rock at 4.50 am since we wanted to see it at sunrise. The room is immersed in nature with a calming vibe but it’s only a 2 min walk from everything you may need. Also breakfast was really nice.
