Food was really tasty and had a good variety. Staff was very helpful. Rooms and all other areas at the resort was nicely designed and organized.

Sea Sand Resort apresenta um jardim, terraço, um restaurante e bar em Kalpitiya. If you never been to Kalpitiya, it has a sense of being on the outskirts of civilization. Here you stay nestled among the houses of the locals and share the beach with its fishermen. Beside great kite- and windsurfing (and endless beaches of course), there is not a ton of things to do in Kalpitiya. Scuba diving is good, when there is visibility. Dolphin watching is also a possible activity, but quite an expensive one that last a couple of hours. You won’t find any city center with shops, bars and restaurants near, but you can of course visit other resorts and use their facilities. However you should know that you have a very good restaurant on site if you stay at the Sea Sand Resort! This establishment is made up of about 10 small bungalows with a restaurant. The bungalows are quite basic, but very clean and comfortable and represents good value for money. Within about 10 minutes or more on foot, you can reach surf schools and beaches. From my own experience I can promise that you will be very well taken care off if you chose to stay at Sea Sand Resort.

The food was exceptional and exceeded all expectations and included fresh salad with dinner as well as a protein option and local cuisine that was home cooked. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The safari experience was great, and our driver made sure we saw as many animals as possible. We traveled with a little kid and we also appreciated that our daughter had his daughter to play with.

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um terraço e restaurante em Kalpitiya. We spend one night at the Afro Village resort. Our group had 3 adults and 2 children. We spend one afternoon just idling in the resort. The pool and the garden were very nice for the kids to play around. The owner and staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious.
