Staff was really helpful, friendly and supportive. We had to relocate for the first night and even though it's a slight inconvenience - this was done in a really professional and kind manner, everything taken care of. Big thanks to the hotel team! :)

The staff was very nice and friendly. Even after 4.00 pm they were always available online. The position is rather close to Valletta center. You can find everything you need in the room: the microwave, the dishwasher, the washing machine. The hairdryer is available at the reception, as well as an umbrella. I found a super interesting book in the corridor: How children succeed and read it almost to the end :)

The staff in the bar and restaurant could not of been better. Fantastic Guinness and good cocktails. The food was perfect in every meal. We ate there for most meals. Honestly some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The pictures really do show a great representation of the hotel. The views are stunning. The location is in a beautiful part of St Paul’s bay slightly out of the way but not so much that it causes issues. Buses are regular and cheap, traffic is rubbish, rush hour is difficult to get about. Download BOLT app taxis. Get you where you need to go and reasonable. Go and see Gozo island and take a boat trip. Historic and beautiful Malta. Will be back to the hotel.
