Staff were super friendly, very attentive to all our needs and had great recommendations for food etc. the location is amazing too, you won't be disappointed if you book here!! The rooms also had ear plugs and a noise machine (like wave noises) I've not seen this in a hotel before but being in a city you always expect some background noise but we didn't notice thanks to this little device!

Stayed at a fancier place later in the trip, and while it was good, it did not compete with the atmosphere of this place. Would choose Casa Toro every time Im back in La Punta!

Everything was perfect! We asked to drop off our bags early since we checked in on New Year’s Eve and they were very kind to let us. The space was pristine with lots of jungle plants and natural elements which made it feel cozy and like an escape from the hustle & bustle. The internet was also really strong and reliable which is hard to find sometimes.
