The hotel is very good! Extremely friendly service, clean and modern rooms, an incredible view of the sea, a very nice pool, and excellent Wi-Fi.

The room size, the bed was perfect size, proximity to main road, a convenience store, restaurants, etc.

Its the place to be in Mazunte. Nice mix between social and also space to relax and chill by yourself. The pool is amazing and everthing really new and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. Would like to come back one day.

The view from the pool was absolutely stunning, we couldn't believe it! Our room was also incredibly spacious and had a view looking right over the pool and beach. The staff were sweet and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious! The walk to the main town/village is quite steep (10 mins or so) but that was fine for us. Easy to access Punta Cometa too via a back route. Would highly recommend and wish we stayed longer - it all exceeded our expectations given the price!

We had a very comfortable stay at yam hotel. The hotel is very well located, close to the main street, some shops and good restaurants. The room has a beautifull interior design, and has everything you need. The airconditioning and fan are a big plus, as well as the small (private) pool outside... Not to big, but great to cool down after a day at the beach! The host was very welcoming, we even booked an extra night. Thank you!

Can’t beat this location! So close to Playa Rinconcito which is amazing for swimming and to watch the sunrise! Also a close walk to Playa Mermejita which is a perfect sunset spot. Lots of places to eat right on your doorstep too!

The staff were absolutely lovely. Thank you Tania, Fabien and crew for the great stay. The room was spacious and cool with a lovely view of the beach and trees with birds singing and waves crashing. It was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, the aircon was very efficient, everything was clean. We had great sleep. The restaurant served delicious food and has amazing views over the beach and ocean. I'd happily stay here again.

A/C, clean sheets, nice yard space and prime location.

The location is excellent and the roof-top pool area was very enjoyable. They have water in the lobby to fill your bottle as needed. The hotel is new so the design is modern. Water pressure was really good as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

A very thought-through, well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment. The location is great and the view absolutely stunning. Araceli was a wonderful host, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay at Posada Nautica again, it was perfect!

Great location very close to the beach and restaurants and bars

Good location opposite the turtle museum, its a friendly family owned posada, its central few minutes walk to beach or town too. Rooms are comfy too and clean.

Loved my stay here, absolutely exceeded my expectations, the host Suilma is warm and made me feel at home, she went out of her way to help me with all the practical stuff, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Very nice location! Just a few minutes to the beach. On top very clean & super nice owners that gave us plenty of tips & even picked us up with their car. Thank you very much.
