Its the place to be in Mazunte. Nice mix between social and also space to relax and chill by yourself. The pool is amazing and everthing really new and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. Would like to come back one day.

Casa Gaviota is right next to Riconcito's beach and to the main street with all restaurants, cafés and shops. A perfect location if all you want to do is go swimming, relax and go out. The rooms are super comfortable and temperature is quite cool inside. The host is incredibly nice and helpful at all times. Truly recommend this spot!

The room was very nice and spacious and it had plenty of fans and AC to cool down the room, which was very important for me as it was very hot in Mazunte when I stayed there. The balcony and the view to the ocean was also really nice. Having a small kitchen and a fridge/freezer was also a huge plus. The location of the property is in my opinion very nice, it is a ~10 minute walk to the main beach and ~5 minute walk to the center area of Mazunte which is nice as it can get quite loud in the center. Communication was also excellent, they were very responsive and helpful.

OceanoMar is lovely oasis with an amazing view of the sea from the pool. You could spend the day at the pool/loungers. There is a ceiling fan in the room and windows had mosquito nets. The sound of the waves at night are very peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are reviews that it's hard to get to the hotel via 'very steep treacherous' steps. However, we did not find this to be the case. It is also a short walk to a beach and very close to the viewpoint.

This place is a dream! The suite was gorgeous, super clean, private, and comfortable. It all felt so luxurious. We particularly loved the pool area, which has a beautiful view, and Fernando, who was such a genuine delight and so attentive. It’s a little out of the main town but we had a car. Highly recommend.
