The whole area is beautiful, spacious with a very calm vibe. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and big with fruits and cereal. And finally they also make sure people in the dorms respect quiet hours and privacy. I loved it, would have liked to stay longer.

You cannot find a better stay in Mérida! On our first trip, we stayed at a place for twice the price with half the comfort. We were elated to find Casa Equinox far exceeded expectations! Our room had icy cold AC, perfectly clean bedding and bathroom, a lovely rain shower, and the comfiest bed we slept in during our whole Mexico trip. They also stocked the room with thoughtful touches like toiletries, blow dryer, iron, extra blankets, and even a Nespresso machine with pods! The balcony was a perfect place to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the fresh air before it got too hot out. The quiet neighborhood was the cherry on top. I cannot say enough good things, and we will DEFINITELY rebook if/when we are back in Mérida!
