The breakfast (mostly local food with some Western dishes) was great; the pool is clean and the pool area is organised very well in a way that it doesnt feel crowded even when it's busy; the room was clean and comfortable. But most of all the service sets this place apart: There are small fruits and popcorns distributed at the pool during the day, there is an open air cinema night, there are board games, there is a live music night. So many small acts of entertainment if you wish for them but not too much in case you dont. Everyone at the reception and at the restaurant, and in the whole building is very friendly, and helpful, and hospital. An absolutely great place to stay when in Langkawi!

Tive uma experiência pequena mas incrível neste hotel. O ambiente é muito relaxante e bonito, ideal para descansar. A praia é simplesmente maravilhosa, perfeita para aproveitar o sol e o mar. O staff foi extremamente simpático e acolhedor durante toda a estadia. Os jardins são muito bem cuidados e encantadores, e a ligação entre o hotel e a praia é fluída e agradável. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e muito bem equipado, proporcionando ótimas noites de sono. Espero voltar!

Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat. I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere. On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them. Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers. I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

He had arranged everything before i reached. The villa was clean, all facilities mentioned in the booking site was available. Place is quiet and good for families. The pool is really good and no issues with Parking as ample Parking is available on site. Also its a walking distance to cenang walk which is very near.good pathways to walk. Grab food also delivers so if want to order in, can relax and get food delivered.
