It was clean and the dorm rooms are very spacious. The staff are super welcoming and so friendly. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. They provide information of the area on the boards in the breakfast room but they are always happy to help/offer tips.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regent Event and Leisure. The ambience is serene and elegant... perfect for someone who needs peace and inspiration. The hospitality was excellent; every detail reflected thoughtfulness and warmth. I especially loved the privacy and the little things that made the stay special... the selection of novels in my room was such a lovely touch! I found myself completely relaxed, working on my thesis while indulging in a good read and watching my favourite Japanese series on Netflix. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere were top-notch ! everything was simply awesome! It truly felt like an excellent getaway to unwind and recharge from my hectic schedule. I’ll definitely come back again — not only to relax but also to finish the novels I started here.

Ensuite bathroom had strong shower pressure, Muslim toilet (bidet spray) and a very good hairdryer. 2. The shared kitchen on the ground floor, complete with fridge and microwave, was a comfortable place to eat and relax. 3. Location was very good. It's a short Grab (Uber) ride from the airport, with convenient access to Concubine Lane area, iconic buildings and outstanding food. It's also a short walk to the railway station for us to catch our train to KL.

Our host, Rachel, was very helpful. She sent us clear directions and photos via WhatsApp regarding where and how to get and return the keys. Their system is easy once you find the apartment guardhouse, so that should be a priority, since the guards can guide you thereafter. The apartment was uber-clean, very well-appointed with appliances and utensils, and best of all, so well located that we barely needed our car to get to the various eating and shopping spots. Most good eats were less than a kilometer away. It was also less than 20mins drive to the airport. My family enjoyed many hours in the apartment itself too. The great aircon, fans, hot water and kitchen made our stay really cosy and we felt very much at home!
