Great location! less than a 10-minute walk to the street with restaurants, and about 10–15 minutes to the main bus/train station. Truly a “guest room” experience, as the name suggests. Two kitchens (one large, one small), plus dining tables on each floor for guests to use freely. My room was quiet and the internet was fast and stable both in the room and common areas. Bathroom amenities were nice, and if you run out, you can easily get more from the cupboards on each floor without waiting. Room temperature, size, hangers, desk, and double bed were all comfortable and sufficient. Allowed me to leave my luggage inside before check-in time. Kitchen on top floor was clean and well-equipped. The building and rooms looked new. Visitor parking area is available. A big plus for those traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Stavanger!

Was so happy with our stay we cancelled another hotel to stay again before we flew home. Very clean, nice location on the water, great parking in a garage, shower was excellent and kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook dinner. Close to grocery store and easy access in and out of Stavanger.

It was a great stay even for just 1 night. The washing machine and dryer perfectly worked, which was a great help for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Having private parking was a great advantage. I would recommend this apartment for a family.
