We had a wonderful experience at the 14th Lane Urban Hotel. The location is perfect: right next to everything, with a parking lot close by. The room was so comfortable and functional, containing everything we could probably wish for, and beautifully designed. But above all the owners, are super communicative and nice. Vicky especially, came back late to meet us, since we arrived after hours. When we asked about laundry, she simply asked us to bring it over, and within a couple of hours we got everything back clean. Its the small things that show care and made a huge difference for us.
