EVERYTHING there was a bit of mix up at check in .. due to being crowded (busy season). They automatically upgraded me for free to a villa i explicitly said i didnt want at time of booking. They managed to get me the rooms i desired in no time. How? I still dont know!... amazing staff .. thank you Selim and Adnan

The location is perfect — close to everything I needed during my stay, including restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Khalid Zaki at the front desk and reservations — he was exceptionally helpful and truly made my stay memorable. Honestly, this was the best night I had during my entire trip to Salalah. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
