Situated in Bastimentos, Ataraxia features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Pierre and Manon are perfect hosts. The location is gorgeous, the cabin was beautifully appointed. We loved everything about the ecolodge. Dinner was always excellent. There were monkeys and red frogs. (We didn’t see the caimans).

Staying at Carmen’s was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends into her home. The place is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, a lovely dock, and a lush garden perfect for relaxing. The facilities are excellent, but what truly makes this place special is the warmth and hospitality of Carmen and Marcel. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with such kindness and care. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and abundant—a perfect way to start the day. And in the evening, Carmen’s home-cooked dinners were a treat—she prepares the freshest fish of the day, and all the guests gather around the table to share a meal and great conversation. Carmen was incredibly helpful with everything, from tending to a blister on my foot to organizing day trips. This stay was more than just accommodation—it was a truly memorable experience. I can’t recommend it enough!

Located in Bastimentos, less than 1 km from Carenero Noreste Beach and 2.3 km from Carenero Beach, Pure Roots provides a restaurant, sea views and free WiFi. We had a wonderful time at this place. You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. We will remember this accommodation for a long time.

Set in Bastimentos, Coral Wing Casitas offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can enjoy sea views. Magnificent spot, the pictures say it all. Highly recommended. They are super helpful with booking tours and activities plus facilitating anything you need. The location is perfect too and the view from the place is incredible.

The Lodge at Punta Rica- Hilltop Eco-Lodge with Views & Pool is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Bastimentos where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, private beach area, and... Our stay at the Lodge was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing — perfect after a day of exploring.The breakfast and dining experience were excellent, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options! Daniel really was a perfect chef! The hotel’s location is ideal: safe, central, and a perfect base for discovering Panama’s city life, culture, and nature. At the same time, the hotel itself feels like a peaceful oasis where you can truly relax. In short, the Lodge combines outstanding service, comfort, and style at the highest level. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama. A true highlight of our trip!

Casita Azul is situated in Bastimentos. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Carenero Noreste Beach is 700 metres away. The property is as described. Lots of storage space so you can unpack. Great kitchen. They are very attentive to your comfort. We had one of the air conditioners break down when it was determined that is could not be repaired they had it replaced right away. It is only really needed in the evening and night time for comfort and sleeping. During the day open the doors and windows and the breeze is great. A very comfortable home and a great place to unwind.

Hostal Cay is set in Bastimentos and features a bar. The guest house has family rooms. At the guest house, every unit comes with a outdoor furniture. Absolutely everything. Bastimentos Island is incredible, the food is amazing, and Wizard Beach is always a great option if you want to go to a beautiful beach with an unforgettable walk. The property is the best place to meet people, and the staff — Adri, Gabriel, Allison, Yeli, and Celi — simply make it the perfect place to stay. It was the best trip ever and the best place for a vacation in Panama. Without a doubt, I will come back ❤️

Enjoy the captivating environment of our eco-resort, which offers a harmonious blend of comfort, services and memorable experiences. We are committed to preserving the environment and biodiversity. We really enjoyed our stay at Eclypse de Mar. The bungalow was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We loved the direct access to the water and used the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards it was a great way to explore the surroundings.
