I Panglao, 4 minutters gange fra Danao-stranden, ligger Moana Dive Resort, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og en restaurant. It was a wonderful stay for two nights. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after an early check-out, and when we returned from island hopping, they provided shower facilities and fresh towels to freshen up. The hotel is very clean and new; I loved the stylish décor and the pleasant, relaxing scent throughout. It’s definitely my favorite hotel in Panglao. Highly recommended!

I Batuan, bare 15 kilometer fra Tarsier naturvernområde og 33 kilometer fra Chocolate Hills ligger Khloe Serenity Guest House. The property is beautiful, in the middle of coconut trees. But Odelia is the star of the show! She is a fantastic host and a great cook (breakfast and dinner). She also bought a ball for our kids to play in the garden. She took us to watch the fireflies at night. She gave us a ton of touristic recommendations, along with renting near-new scooters. Last, she arranged transportation to and from the house. A 5 star host!
