Situated in Biñan, 29 km from Picnic Grove and 30 km from Newport Mall, Cozy place near pavilion mall and Sm starosa offers a garden and air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the owner was very accommodating, making sure everything was in order. The unit was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a hygiene kit and a welcome food basket waiting for us. All the appliances were working perfectly, and both the bedroom and living area were well-maintained and comfortable. Whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and clearly. The guards were friendly and helpful, and we also felt safe the entire time, the place is very secure. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the space and service. I definitely recommend Moana’s Place.

There is a nearby mini grocery store. The host is very responsive and accomodating. The place is as advertised, calm, quiet, big enough to accomodate our group. We regreted that we only stayed overnight as we really felt at home. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
