We liked the decoration and the use of the kitchen. We picked some oranges straight from the tree and got some fresh eggs, courtesy of the house! The location and surroundings are very nice.

I barely know where to begin! Our stay at Quinta do Paral was incredible. My wife and I came for my birthday weekend wanting relaxation and wine, and this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, welcomed by the friendliest security guard and whisked away in a golf cart for check-in with their amazing rosé, everything was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous with no expense spared. Every detail from interior to linen to lighting is impeccable. Two fantastic restaurants, a beautiful pool, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the vineyards complete the experience. But the best part is the Quinta do Paral team! They're genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming. On my birthday, every staff member congratulated me (even ones I hadn't met!), and they surprised us with delicious chocolate cake and sparkling wine in our room. I don't think my words can reflect how much we enjoyed our stay, and my only regret is not staying longer. We'll definitely be back!

Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful! I have cycled 94,000+km around the world and have stayed at well over 1000+ hotels around the world on every continent except Antarctica—Solar Dos Frades is one of the best! Obrigado Ines! excellent breakfast, hosts were kind enough to make it a bit earlier for us than the regular time. room was exceptionally comfortable, great mattress both in the large bed and also in the kids extra bed. we only stayed for one night but we'd definitely be willing to come back.

This apartment was very quiet, beautifully decorated, and had a terrific balcony to relax on. Centrally located with easy parking. The nearby park was a huge plus as well. 10/10 for sure.
