The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the sound insulation ensures a peaceful stay. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate every need, highly recommended. I especially appreciated how the staff were always ready to help whether assisting with luggage at the door or offering a beverage without ever making you feel pressured for tips. The restaurant is also excellent I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked Kabsa and Biryani, though be aware that the portions are very generous.

The location is great - walking distance to Granada mall and the metro station. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area, right after the mall for example - lovely atmosphere
