The hotel feels very cozy and thoughtfully designed — I truly felt at home here. The entire team was super friendly and welcoming, which is something you don’t always experience in large hotel chains. This stay gave me a 100% “home away from home” feeling. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.
