Yes, it is expensive to stay with you, but we could not have asked for a more perfect visit. At the end of every busy day, it felt like we were coming home to Mamma's delicious nutritious dinner. The Stockholm Stadshotell is - without exaggerating - one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We chose this hotel because of its location (Södermalm, highly recommended, not too touristy, but lively with lots of restaurants, terraces and other nice places) and the beautiful minimalist Scandinavian interior. We got so much more than we had expected. Starting with the rooms: the beds are large and comfortable with very soft bedding. Our bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower. Everything was clearly brand new, and the styling has been thought out down to the last detail. Also nice: a well-stocked minibar with good snacks and drinks (among others olives, popcorn, champagne). The facilities are also very good. There is a sauna (including a cold bath) which you can reserve for yourself for 1.5 hours (even the sauna area is styled to perfection). On the beautiful terrace at the front of the hotel, you can enjoy one of the many cocktails served in the bar (from classics to new discoveries). And I would definitely recommend going to the hotel restaurant (for either breakfast or dinner). The restaurant has a nice bistro vibe and the food is prepared with love and of good quality (we especially enjoyed the croissant and French toast during the breakfast). Finally: the service is top-notch and personal. The hotel staff is sweet and interesed: they like to chat, ask how your day was when you return at the hotel. This kind of personal contact is something we don't see that often anymore in hotels. Tea or coffee will be brought to your room upon request and as an extra touch (for Midsommar) we received flowers in our room. Long story short: if you're going to Stockholm, stay at this hotel!

Brand new Studios Amidst Ancient Ruins Oasis is situated in Stockholm, 2.5 km from Sickla Beach, 1.9 km from Fotografiska - Museum of Photography, and 4.4 km from The Royal Palace. Small new Appartment with a nice little kitchen, very modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, quiet area, Check-in perfectly organized, appartment is close to bus 55 and ferry 80 ( to go into the city and museums) We can recommend SQ Restaurant on the Elite Hotel nearby for dinner (we also had a big buffet breakfast once) The hosts were so very nice, answered and provided information almost immediately. It takes about 20-30 min to get into the city or gamla stan by bus.

This one was an amazing experience! The location is nice and quiet, near a lake, 5 mins to Häggvik train station on foot (It's 25 mins to Stockholm Central Station with train no. 40 or 41 - very convenient, leaves every 15 mins or so). The apartment itself is spacious, warm, newly furnished, with whole kitchen and everything you need, comfy bed and large bathroom (with towels and toiletries), even for taller people. The hosts quickly responded any of our questions and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed.
