Featuring inner courtyard views, Bålsta Studio Houses features accommodation with patio, around 3.3 km from Abergs Museum. We booked the accommodation outside of Stockholm, because it was on our way through the inland of Sweden. We did not expect to have such a great stay at Brenda‘s place, even though the pictures looked great and there were good reviews about the place. Arriving at the Studios we were welcomed warmly and instantly felt comfortable with this great couple that runs the place. The studio has a nice veranda, there is a pretty garden in the front. This accommodation had the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in vacation houses. I don’t think you’ll gonna miss anything for cooking, except if you really need an egg cutter. There is a stove, an oven and a microwave, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Everything seems really new and was super clean. We had the choice to sleep down in the room or up at the loft. It was really cozy at the loft on the mattresses, although they’re quite hard. We were really sad, that we could not book another night, as we already had other accommodations waiting for us. But we can definitely recommend to stay at least two nights. It is a cute little suburb, you get tips where you can take a walk and it is a really refreshing stay after visiting the busy Stockholm.

Quintessential Swedish, very nice, helpful hosts. As I had read in other reviews, the housekeeping was wanting, but it’s a wonderful space, in a rural, agricultural area.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Kroksta Gård is a country house set in a historic building in Bälinge, 14 km from Gustavianum. A sauna and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Amazing location, a house with character typical Swedish .I enjoyed the sauna in my room .Sofia is very kind and willingness to fulfil guests requests. Breakfast was very good and the home made butter was very, very tasty .I will not forget about the bakery inside the property ,a self service facility ,very authentic .Definitely if I will travel again in Sweden I will come back with my family.

Everything was great, the b&b is in a quiet area in the nature which was exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly host, nice breakfast. Recommended!

Lantlig lägenhet nära Uppsala is located in Uppsala, 12 km from Linneaus museum, 12 km from Gustavianum, as well as 12 km from The Linnaeus Garden. Since we were traveling by car, the location was ideal. The neighborhood was peaceful and idyllic and still only a short drive away from the city of Uppsala. The apartment was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Elsas koja, a property with a garden, is situated in Vittinge, 33 km from Fridegård's Park, 42 km from Gustavianum, as well as 42 km from Linneaus museum. Nature there is beautiful, it’s a tucked away reasonably sized cottage. We got to see the Swedish countryside which was amazing. The cottage was nice and clean, very pleasant!
