Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. I would give it a 10 just based on the accommodations, but would give it even more starts if I could because of our host. Our son need to see a doctor and I asked him where we could go find one. Instead of just directing us to a hospital, he took us there in his car at 6:30 am on a Saturday!

The owner is a wonderful, kind, and accommodating lady. Nearby, you can visit the Škocjan Caves, Postojna Cave, and Predjama Castle – all of which I highly recommend. Definitely our go-to choice whenever our travels bring us this way!

Comfortable bed&pillows. Pretty, modern decoration with nice touches. Great addition was the outside patio, fully equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing: delicious granola, fruit, jam, selection of cured meats - all home made! PS. If you’re there from Thursday to Sunday, do try the Prix Fixe Menu at the restaurant by the same owner. ⭐️

Terletak 28km dari Istana Miramare, House Wisteria menawarkan taman, dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. Location, right in the heart of Karst. The area turns painted in reds and yellows during Fall and offers an incredible view, with the adriatic sea on one side and snowy peaks on the other. Wisteria House is a gem, meticulously crafted in every tiny little detail. Sauna in the garden is a huge plus, to be enjoyed after a nice walk in the surroundings. Most definitely an experience to remember.

We received a wonderful welcome from Mirjana, who greeted us with a glass of her fine Teran and we felt instantly at home. Skerlj is a historic wine estate which goes back six generations to 1788; our room was cosy and full of character with beautiful old furniture. Delicious breakfasts with homemade eggs, local jams and honeys etc. Mirjana gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner both nights. A lovely place to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere with the friendly cats and elderly dog. Thoroughly recommended, we can’t wait to return!
