Stunning views of the Sine Saloum Delta. The lodge has options to dine under the open skies or under a roofed area. It is a very eco-conscious property. There is no hot water or outlets in the rooms which is fine. I love the small environmental footprint they create with this choice. There is a pretty little beach with clear water, mangroves, and lots of fish. You can enjoy seeing aquatic birds like pelicans and cormorants. The garden dining area has lovely flowering plants and many loquacious birds. I am a huge foodie but I had to take my hat off to the chef. The food was simple, fresh, flavorful and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous, kind, friendly, solicitous and professional. I want to especially thank Baboucar for clear communication from the time I booked to when I left. He is a kind and warmhearted person. I want to thank Martha for taking care of all our dining needs. Souleymane accompanied us on a boat tour and treated us to picnic on the boat with freshly caught fish that he grilled on the boat. Our boat captain was Mansour who also doubled as a guide and chef. Thanks to Khassim for being a kind and diligent host as well.

Maison Fimela - Boutique Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Fimela. Fantastic place and wonderful staff who went out of the way to make our stay memorable! We loved everything about it.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Ndangane, Campement Houefa features a garden. The property has garden views. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Estelle is amazing! She is a super gentle and interesting person and she helped us in any possible way organizing the trip etc. we had a great time, the place is beautiful, many birds and extremely well kept. Would fully recommend to stay there if you want to visit the area.

Clean and spacious room, with mosquito nets over the beds that allowed us to sleep peacefully. The only place where we didn't find any mosquitoes. The owner helped us with everything. The house has a large shared kitchen with everything you need.

El Joseph i la seva familia brutal, et fan sentir com a casa, la seva filla Alicia un encant, va jugar amb nosaltres a la piscina. El Joseph ens va ajudar a l’arribada venint al poble a buscar-nos, ens va conseguir la excursió de Mar Lodj a un molt bon preu, ens va portar l’últim dia agafar el bus. Haig de dir que va ser genial repetiriem 1000 vegades mes. L’única cosa que no té és Wifi i que per nosaltres no va ser cap problema, xq volíem desconectar i gaudir del lloc que és una maravella

The food was just amazing, she cooks very well. And las but not the least, their boatman is the "best", so professionnal, kind, and a "Chef".
