We had selected Keur Niaye based on the reviews we found both on Booking and Google Maps. We were not disappointed at all. Celine and Gilles, but also their staff are just wonderful. The food, as announced, was just delicious. Celine was kind enough to accommodate our diets needs in very creative manners. Gilles and his team organized beautifully, out of the box, excursions in the pristine delta nearby. We had great fun all together. The rooms were very comfortable and well kept. We had a fantastic time we will remember well.

I Toubakouta ligger B & B Mariamacounda, som har en restaurant, bar, en hage, en turskranke, helårsåpent utendørsbasseng og terrasse. Boenhetene har utsikt over bassenget. We really liked the B&B in general but were especially impressed with the excursions that were offered. David gave us a guided boat tour where we visited the small nearby island towns of Sipo and Missirah and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Jenny was also very helpful with the logistics (especially because I don't speak French!) and helping me organise our time in Senegal. El Hadj is their taxi driver and we organised pretty much our whole trip throughout Senegal with him - he was fantastic. And there are a few restaurants nearby with delicious food. The breakfast offered at the B&B was delicious. Thank you!

Offering an outdoor pool and a spa including a wellness centre, Les Palétuviers is located in Subikouroto. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of the delta Saloum, surrounded by the mangrove trees. The hotel has a magnificent view on the lake and the stay in the tree house was another adventure on its own.

We stayed at Toubacouta Lodge 4 nights insted of 3 because we loved the site, the swimming pool and its breathingless view, the food and the excursions we did on the delta river and the Fathala Reserve safari.Thank you to Ibou and his team. Their kindness and availability to respond to any request from us were impressive.No words to explain how nice they where and how quite and relaxing the Toubacouta is!
