I loved everything about this stay, especially the wonderful hosts Mame and Moussa, as well as Mia and the overall brilliant group of people who make it look effortless to make you feel at home. - Spacious, cool, comfortable rooms and giant bed - Delicious food, always freshly prepared by the chef team inquiring about exactly what you like - Such tranquility and sense of community - New, beautiful building - So well-priced and worth every penny I have stayed at other places in Popenguine and I can truly say I will never stay anywhere else again. We recently stayed at Keur Ama, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail and the hospitality were truly remarkable. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. We appreciated the cozy bedding, the Wi-Fi, the Tv channels. The guest house itself is in a peaceful area, offering a much-needed retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The breakfast served was included in the price and honestly it was just what we needed (jam, coffee, Eggs, fruits, juices, Baguettes, Chocolate paste, Hot chocolate..) we also enjoyed the garden, swimming pool.. Overall, Keur Ama is perfect for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and affordability. We would highly recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or even families looking for a welcoming and relaxing place to stay. Thank you Elizabeth and Ibou, Ne changez rien.. see you soon..

The house is beautifully designed and decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing exceptional support throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant offers delicious fine cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—highly recommended. This place is a hidden gem, and the pictures don’t even do it justice. We will definitely be returning!"

This hotel is absolutely charming! The rooms are a nice size. Clean with great air conditioning. We really appreciate the screens on the glass doors. The hotel is located 5 minutes from a beautiful beach. It has a lovely swimming pool and lounge areas with lots of character. The breakfast omeletts and crepes were very tasty. We highly recommend Maison de Clara.

I’m so glad I randomly stumbled upon this place to stay after leaving Dakar. Immediately upon entering everyone makes you feel at home. Rooms are comfy and clean. The pool and food are delicious. Owners are so kind and helpful. I hope to return one day to this calm place.
