Overall a good hotel for an easy laid-back holiday.

Set within 3.5 km of King Power Pattaya Complex and 3.2 km of Alcazar Cabaret, Grande Centre Point Pattaya features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Pattaya Central. The property had everything we needed for our stay! Located close to the shopping centre and markets- food was in abundance. Shower had great pressure and hot water- big bonus! Rooms were modern and balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. The staff were absolutely fantastic and attentive to all our needs (Special mention to Umapond- she is what amazing customer service is all about!) we only stayed for 2 night but already planning to stay longer next time!

Staff were excellent, they remembered my stay from previous visits and sent me brownies to my room as a welcome back gesture. Excellent service and hospitality.
