Canadian family of four, needing a break (and fresh air) from Bangkok. We had a wonderful time at the Vala and felt welcomed from the second we arrived. I had sent a text ahead of time indicating that I had to follow a very complicated and strict medical diet due to cancer complications. The minute we arrived to our room, a staff member (P’Jib) from the restaurant came to see us and seek details about the diet. I was told that they would absolutely accommodate and they did, for 3 meals a day during the entire stay. The food was wonderful and I felt welcomed by all staff the entire time. To think that I had almost cancelled the trip because of this strict diet, assuming that the hotel would not want or be able to cater to this added complications. This place is a gem, so is P’Jib (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) and all the staff at the restaurant, the reception desk and the cleaning crew. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to see P’Jib on our final day there in order to hug her one more time and let her know how much her kindness meant to me, (it was more than about the great food), and that her level of empathy for the difficult health journey I was on had been a breath of fresh air.

I love phants Lodge situa-se em Ban Huai Thawai, a 32 km de Palácio Maruekkhathaiyawan, e dispõe de acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado gratuito, um jardim e um salão... The whole experience was incredible. To find a genuine sanctuary doing genuine work took some research but was so worth it. Very inspiring and wonderful to see so many beautiful rescued animals. We liked the fact that we were supporting such a worthy cause. I really recommend the day tour. We will definitely definitely return! Thank you

Situado em Kaeng Krachan, o Baan Maka Nature Lodge apresenta quartos climatizados com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. As a nature lover/ photographer, this place was like heaven for me. I easily could have stayed longer. Big thank you to Beckham for the night time tour. He spotted a scorpion, a blue tarantula, an owl, a spotted-legged tree frog, an asian painted frog and a lizard I haven't ID'd yet. It was phenomenal.

It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club
