Located in Ko Lipe and with Pattaya Beach reachable within 300 metres, Nest hostel lipe provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. I love this place. Staff is awesome, they gave a Christmas and New Year's present when I arrived. Good location, nice room and común area. I'll come back. :)

Set in Ko Lipe and only 800 metres from Sunrise Beach (Chao Ley Beach), Plaloma Resort Lipe offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is a very nice place, very clean and very quiet even with people staying in the rooms next to mine. Very nice a/c and warm water. The breakfast is very good with a choice of eggs, sausage, pancake, etc. It is away from the busy road so quiet during the day and night.

Set in Satun, 45 km from Boriphat Waterfall, Bandahara offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The lady at the front was very nice as we checked in late afternoon. She gave us free coffee and snacks which was nice. The room was large and had a balcony. We stayed for one night. The lady arranged for taxi for Langkawi ferry for next day. It was our least expensive room for our trip and everything was perfect. Satun is a nice town and the hotel is in central location as we walked towards the main mosque and the Satun national museum in the evening. There is a great restaurant Prikthai next door to the hotel that is very good. We ate there and the food was super good. Unfortunately we ran out of Thai money to order and of the fantastic deserts they were also selling.
