Our stay was wonderful and the place is very good for kids, with a comfortable and safe environment. We did have a small issue with noise from the room next to us, but the manager Oguzhan was very understanding and professional. They didn’t have free room but reception Furkan worked and changed our room, which made a big difference. We really appreciated their quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

Very big nice garden, very good beach, several swimming pools, the food is more than OK: large choice of everything, even vegan. The architect who planned this hotel had a good eye for all details. The staff is helpful, professional, very kind and polite. They do everything with a big smile. A big choice of restaurants, in winter season less, but still enough. Rooms are very comfortable. Guest relations are really working good, they are asking if everything is OK, or if you need something.

Blue Serenity Hotel features a private beach area, a shared lounge and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Side. It went well beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Murat, who took care of everything. From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

We needed early check-in, which she graciously accommodated without any issues. Upon arrival, there were thoughtful touches like a welcoming fruit platter in our room. On departure, we received small souvenirs as parting gifts—such little details made all the difference! The rooms are impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The kitchenette includes essential utensils, making it perfect for families who want to prepare their own meals or enjoy a quiet evening at home after exploring Side's attractions. The pool area is simply stunning! It's beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing escape during hot summer days. Whether you're relaxing under the shade of palm trees or taking a quick dip, it's hard not to feel completely relaxed here. Surrounded by lush greenery, this place exudes serenity. This was my 4th stay in Alanya, and Ada port is without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in. From the best staff to an amazing view, and a very intimate small beach area, You really can’t go wrong with this hotel. They also serve a varied breakfast with all fresh ingredients. You should book this hotel without looking further.

Spacious, clean, modern villa. Everything you need for a comfortable stay - excellent shower and bed, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Peaceful and cozy. The host super friendly and helpful, he made sure my stay was enjoyable and helped me with every question or request I had.
