Been to hotels all around the world, but the service in this hotel is unmatched. Would come back to Bursa just to stay there, no kidding it's that good! This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Bursa ficou sem água e resolveram logo o problema ao dar garrafões de água de graça e no dia que choveu o dia todo deram um guarda chuva para usarmos, staff super atencioso! Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, to playing areas for kids to warm hospitality to amazing employees everything exceeded my expectations. Situado perto de florestas nas colinas do Uludağ, o Kaya Uludag está localizado a 22 km de Bursa. As pistas de esqui estão localizadas a 10 m da propriedade. The hospitality, the food is good, has a ski rental shop in the hotel which makes everything so easy. Full board so you should not worry about food especailly that no restaurants are close. Serkan the manager is so kind and caring.
