Gracious hosts, Cihan and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Cihan drove me to Alacam waterfall and back and in the evening, to a restaurant that serves local trout while on the way showing me the village. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed watching the sunset and breathing the fresh air from the garden/patio outside my room. They served fresh, delicious and generous turkish breakfast; vegetables, cheeses, egg, breads, fruits and raspberry juice. This place is a bit remote. If one does not drive, to get here, from Bursa can take the metro to Kestel and from Kestel take a bus to the hotel. Cihan who is very informative can provide the bus timetables. Or one can take a taxi.

His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Situado perto de florestas nas colinas do Uludağ, o Kaya Uludag está localizado a 22 km de Bursa. As pistas de esqui estão localizadas a 10 m da propriedade. So many great things about this place to count, it is super clean, I've been to so many 5 stars hotels and resorts and this one is among the cleanest, the open buffet was almost all day long with 5 distinct meals which is so rare , in fact first time to see this, the location is perfection, super beautiful ( winter time , skiing), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Serkan, whom was super helpful in some tough situations (changed rooms and lost my Credit card while skiing) .everything was included with rhe reservation even the minibar.over all amazing experience
