I liked every this specially Mr.Kaan. I recommend to but him in higher position since he know how to treat the customers and how to deal with their problems in very professional way.

We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

He lit the fireplace both inside and outside, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. His assistance was invaluable, and we’re so grateful for his support. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Bursa ficou sem água e resolveram logo o problema ao dar garrafões de água de graça e no dia que choveu o dia todo deram um guarda chuva para usarmos, staff super atencioso! Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. Everything was great, the facilities, the staff, Ms. Ipek was so welcoming greatfully helpful. Mr. Muslum as well, Ozlem and Menekse were amazing in helping us in services. Highly recommended for winter break holiday

Situado no bairro residencial mais antigo de Çekirge, em Bursa, o Marigold Hotel dispõe de amplas instalações de spa e um restaurante requintado com bar. The staff was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. One of the staff members parked our car and helped us carry our luggage to the room. We were also two hours late for dinner due to long delays at the border, but they were extremely nice and waited for us so we could still be served. This hotel is a great choice if you're traveling to Antalya, as it's located right halfway between Antalya and Romania. On our way back, we'll stop here again — and definitely in the future too.
