Our stay was wonderful and the place is very good for kids, with a comfortable and safe environment. We did have a small issue with noise from the room next to us, but the manager Oguzhan was very understanding and professional. They didn’t have free room but reception Furkan worked and changed our room, which made a big difference. We really appreciated their quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

Throughout the day and night, there was no shortage of entertainment, including captivating acrobatic shows and engaging arrow games. The staff, particularly Amigo, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. This truly felt like an all-inclusive experience, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a fantastic getaway

The hotel is stunning, very well maintained and feels truly luxurious. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and quiet, with great housekeeping throughout. Food and drinks were excellent with a huge variety, high quality ingredients and many options at any time of day. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional and always ready to help, which made a big difference. The pool area and beach are beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a very relaxing atmosphere. Entertainment was tasteful and enjoyable, and everything felt organized and premium. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would happily come back.
