They had lots of options but one captured my attention cause of the cosy feel it gave from the pics and they did not disappoint. From the welcome at the reception to your own cabin in the woods assisted by the friendly porter and finally dinner at their restaurant everything was flawless and soo welcoming. The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.
