I look everything about this hotel ! I regretted that we only stayed for 1 night 😢. Should have stayed for more nights !! Starting from the free shuttle bus from Taichung HSR Station , the friendly and approachable staff ,the huge, modern and clean room overlooking the lake , the room onsen and the hotel onsen and sauna, the restaurant ( Shao Chinese restaurant - the hotel is so kind to provide my daughter the complimentary ‘longevity peach ‘ for desert for her birthday ) and the location which is literally only 2 mins walk to the Ita Shao shopping street where you can grab all sorts of food and things . We love this hotel so much that we are already booking another trip next year to stay for a few nights !

It was a really good stay and we even got an upgrade and host has changed our date when our plans changed by one day. It is clean and cosy. We have only stayed here for one night and needed to leave very early so we haven't ate breakfast. But it was a pleasure to spend an evening in this quiet place. It is away from the city center but it was an advantage for us since the city was not our destination, just a quick stop in our journey around Taiwan.

The concept of capsule bunks, which were very good in size, and big lockers. The reception lady was very helpful.

We received an upgrade to a more spacious room in the cottage house within this facility. It was very comfortable, everything was clean and easy to access, with wooden floors and walls making a climatic feel. For breakfast we just had a set of toasts and some jam, as we wanted to leave early for Wuling pass. Staff was really helpful and made check-in really easy - thank you!

If you are travelling yourself, this is definitely the right place to make some friends in the solo-trip and enjoy the wonderful time together. Both the owner and staff are super nice.

Room was huge, and we loved the balcony. It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was very hot and powerful so perfect after a day hiking. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning by the owners, and included delicious homemade dough sticks. The children loved being able to play in the garden and seeing the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The location was in a quiet area on the edge of town but still in walking distance of a 7-11 and restaurants.

The quality of the hotel is exceptional. It’s an unstaffed property, but it was extremely clean, the room was well stocked, and the location was great!

I spent three nights here and I wish I could have stayed longer - I absolutely loved it! It’s in the middle of nature which was so relaxing! The host is fantastic - hospitable, kind, responsive and speaks perfect english. He gave us recommendations on what to see and where to go. He also told us lots of things about Taiwanese culture which was so interesting!! The room was great - clean, spacious and the bed was super comfy. The house is huge and has a massage chair, terrace with a view, a big yard and so many other amenities guests are allowed to use. The host has three beautiful dogs. Definitely recommend staying here!

It was like staying in harry potter castle. Photos looked gorgeous. Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.
