Com uma localização conveniente na área de West Central District, em Tainan, Hope Hotel Tainan - Minsheng Branch localiza-se a 13 minutos a pé de Templo Tainan Confucius, a 35 km de Templo Neimen... The hotel staff was so nice and gave us a free upgrade! They also promptly addressed any of our issues, and provided apt suggestions to our itineraries when asked. Room was vibey, clean, and very spacious. Even got a in-house coin laundry + dryer which is the cheapest among all our accoms. Hope Hotel provides their own laundry ball, so you need not fret about purchasing your own detergent. Location wise, it is very near Guohua Street (walking distance), which is full of eateries. If you are driving, can park at the nearest Hai An Street Underground carpark (closest pillar number 48). Also, there is a castella cake shop right below the hotel which is nice too (Min Dong). Definitely would rate 11/10. Exceeded our expectation.

This was my first time staying a hostel so my guard was up as they dont have the best reputations. This B&B completely exceeded my expectations, the host welcomed me with so much joy and happiness that it was contagious. I was welcomed with a map of the area, which is perfectly located in the center and easily accessible when walking. She shared a list of all the recommendations, whether that be food, drinks, night markets, and shops. The B&B itself was EXACTLY like the pictures. Everything was incredibly clean and pristine and organized so perfectly it just all made sense. You can see the effort and time that's put into maintaining this space. There were even snacks, drinks, and other maps for the area avaliable for guests along with storage for the larger luggage, which was incredibly helpful. I would completely recommend staying in the B&B and I will be coming back with my friends as well! Thank you <3

This hostel is clean, quiet, comfortable, and just overall very pleasant. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and brought me fruit and a milk pudding dessert when I worked in the lobby, which is spacious and nicely decorated. Although I was only staying one night, on the day I checked out he allowed me to leave my backpack in the lobby and work there in the evening – and even brought me more fruit! The hostel also provides a small towel, which is very useful if you want to travel light, as well as shower gel and shampoo. Overall a lovely experience that I highly recommend. The hostel's location is also quite nice, very near the TRA station as well as several museums and temples, and not far from Guohua Street, which has excellent street food. I didn't make use of it except for the cold water, but there is a kitchen area that has microwaves, free tea bags along with a hot (and cold) water dispenser, a fridge, tableware, and a sink with dish soap and sponges and a drying area.
