We really liked the service of the hotel staff. The room wasn't too big, but it was just comfortable for 2 nights stay. The private onsen bath was a highlight of the hotel! Very short walk (3mins) to the train station.

This hotel is unique. The location is the very best with panoramic views. It is a good twenty minute walk to the restaurants but the walk is very pleasant The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. Nothing was too much trouble

Central to shops, restaurants and easy to catch Uber/ taxi to and from. Very neat place with plenty of space. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We’re spoilt the whole time, including massive breakfasts.

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance

The staff was very nice and helpful before and during our stay, our room was huge: it's actually a semi detached pavilion. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very wide and comfortable and we had a lovely front yard and terrace overlooking some fields with views of the mountains. The internet connection was great, they gave us our own router and allowed us to use the washing machine. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. The rest of the establishment was pretty with a big pond and a garden. It was peaceful and quiet, the location is a 10min ride from the station in a calm neighborhood with rice fields. We loved it!!

Huge rooms. Clean and pleasant. Appreciate the dining facilities and amenities. And best of all, love the vouchers provided to us to shop in their family mart next door. The owners are also very friendly and nice people. Very pleasant to interact with them.
