Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

Breakfast was insanely extensive; never seen anything like it. Great! And the children's area was the highlight of the whole trip for my son. The pools were delightful.

It’s the best guesthouse I have ever stayed. Wonderful breakfast, hot spring and friendly workers. It’s my no1 choice when I visit here.

Very nice hotel with a big private hot spring tub! Ukatas (bathrobes) in the room were great, unfortunatelly they are not for sale. Ramen restaurant inside offers 10 percent discount for hotel guests. Greatly located near hot spring park. Parking guy was marvellous!

Great location, great value for money. My room was a budget no-window room but I loved it. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help me even though I couldn’t speak Chinese.
