I am not fluent in Ukrainian, but the front desk staff were able to help me using a translator. They were happy to accommodate my sudden request for multiple nights. I am truly grateful that they always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is located in front of the bus terminal, which is very convenient. I plan to go back and will be staying here again! I highly recommend this hotel!
