Good location, everything is very clean. Spacious room. Nice interior, also in the public areas. Every single one of the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Free dinner snack bar and drinks were also a big nice surprise. Big hot tub and pool. All in all super nice and would totally book again.

The location is great and not noisy. You can walk to many attractions or easily use Uber to get to Miami from Miami Beach. The people in the lobby were very friendly, and whenever I needed something, they responded quickly and provided it to us.

The hotel is cozy, the beds are comfortable, and it is located right in Ciudadela, close to restaurants and supermarkets—everything you need is nearby. The breakfast is delicious, and the reception staff are very attentive. I would definitely stay there again on my next vacation.

The Capitana Key West is very modern, new with big rooms. The rooms are nicely decoded and very clean. The staff are relaxed and attentive. The view from each room is stunning. The pool area and the beach are fantastic. I loved that it was not so busy overall.
