Hotel was extremely clean , both hotel and surrondings , location was the best I believe , but everything was top notch, will visit again.

This is great place to stay with big groups and kids. Staff is amazing.. super helpful and smiley ! Pools are great. We mostly hung out by the big pool, everyone loved the DJ on Friday night. We all loved spotting the squirrels, lizards and turtles around the property.

Extremely helpful checkin staff (Ki-Nera I think her name was) charging us a very modest fee to enable us to check-in pretty much after our plane had landed and we’d picked up hire car ( this was ultra long-haul from North Queensland Australia so this level of courtesy so appreciated. Our king bed room was very spacious for the most part with a lounge, table, bar fridge, microwave Lots of towels and face washers, hand towels and bath mats so no need to ask for extra Ice bucket in room and access to help-yourself ice machine Small super market and myriad food options a literal walk acrosss the road. Hop on/off red and green bus line actually inside hotel site

The size of the room, the option of shower or bathtub in the bathroom. The laundry set inside of the hotel room.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was a great bonus.

Hotel is located very close to Universal Studios Entrance. Rooms are small but clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly.

We had a great stay here - food, drinks and service were great. The Sky lounge is fabulous and had a great Friday night vibe.

Rooms were lovely. We had a very nice city view. The security of the building was much appreciated, as was the valet parking. We had a drink after the show we attended and the bar was lively and fun.

The house is very close to the downtown (5mins walk), easy to access also the highway. It is an old home, nicely kept in shape and comfortable for up to 4 people for short time stays. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
