We had an unforeseen event with our initial stay, and ended up at the Menhaden hotel. We couldn't have chosen better. The staff are super friendly, took good care of us and dealt with a late night party room next door, and made sure that the rest of our stay went smooth. Special shout out to Mario. Great meeting and elevating our stay, making a bit more special.

We parked the car just next to the hotel in a street where a ticket was not even required. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast basket was a really nice touch! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest :)

The rooms were so nice and clean and the pool area very nice. It's a very nice property and the location was perfect.

This Montauk hotel is located directly across from the beach and boasts an outdoor heated pool and rooms with a terrace. Montauk village is .5 miles away. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.
