It was the best decision to book the Chelsea Hotel. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome. The "The Grand" suite that we booked was much nicer and larger in real life than in the pictures. The location in Chelsea was perfect for us. You have everything around and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. We will book the Chesea again on our next visit and have already saved our suite number.

Excellent location close to subway and plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Close to the park and museums. Clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.

The location of the hotel was superb. The staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable!!!! The hotel was really clean and we enjoyed our stay!!!! Will definitely book again!

It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city. The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus. We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!

The staff kindly allowed me a late check-out and surprised me with a lovely gift — champagne and sweets — which made my day even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a unique New York experience.
