CitizenM Boston Back Bay features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Boston. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and free WiFi. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly. We got a print out of local recommendations which was a useful guide. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, big shout out to those responsible for that. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful. Breakfast had an amazing selection of freshly prepared food, both hot and cold - it was the best breakfast offering I have had in years. The location was ideal with nearby transport links if it was too cold to walk!

Well located in the centre of Boston, The Whitney Hotel Boston provides air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. It saddens me to write this only as it may cause there to be less availability again. It's the full package, the location, the staff, the property. A truly wonderful stay in what's clearly a very well run hotel.

Quaint and small so very personal and well located! Breakfast wasn’t that great but nearby coffee shops are fabulous. Food at the restaurant was yum! Staff was super helpful and so polite.

Built in 1925, the historic Eliot Hotel is located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. It offers an on-site sashimi bar and elegantly decorated rooms with down comforters and marble bathrooms. Great location and wonderful staff. Also got an upgrade to a suite!

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The accommodation were a good value for my money considering the facilities and locations. We especially adored the cafe and the check in staff.

Conveniently located in the centre of Boston, Raffles Boston offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Situated in Franklin, within 34 km of Providence College and 35 km of Dunkin Donut Center, Home2 Suites By Hilton Boston Franklin features accommodation with barbecue facilities and as well as free... Such a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice little pool area and a hearty breakfast. We had a great time here and will be back

Located in Salem, 300 metres from Glendale Cove Beach, The Coach House provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. There was an issue with our shower and we were immediately relocated to another room. Great, fast service.
