The room was comfortable but the star was the breakfast, it was really nice with many options! Location was also good for business or leisure.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay very special. The hotel is super clean and rooms are very comfortable.

It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Home2 Suites By Hilton Boston Franklin encontra-se em Franklin, a 34 km de Providence College e a 35 km de Centro de Convenções Dunkin Donut. Location was great. We did not partake of the breakfast.

The Coach House localiza-se em Salem, a 4 minutos a pé de Glendale Cove Beach, e fornece acomodações com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito. Everything was great from the small details in our bathroom, to the attentiveness of our concierge. The bed was super comfortable!
