Downtown is still in walking distance and you can reach almost all the attractions very easily by public transport as well. The zone is safe, even if you have a walk in the evening hours. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they remember you during your stay. The room was pretty big and super comfortable, we did like the mattress a lot! Room is perfectly clean and well equipped. The bathroom is quite large and it is really luxurious. I did like that they offer you free bottles of water in your room that is not typical in all 4+ star places nowadays. Breakfast is fabulous: great quality food and wide range of choices!! Rooftop bar offers a fantastic panoramic view of the city, it is nice both in the daylight and in the dark!

Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown bevindt zich in Milwaukee, op 1,8 km van Marquette University, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, privéparkeren en een bar. We checkte in rond 17.30 en kregen te horen dat we gelijk mochten aanschuiven voor een klein lopend buffet. Gratis. Ook frisdrank en voor de volwassenen 2 alcoholische dranken waren blijkbaar bij de prijs inbegrepen. Dat was echt top. Een leuk aanbod qua wat er allemaal te eten was. Het Hotel ligt perfect van allerlei bezienswaardigheden in de stad. Kamer was van prima formaat en comfortabel met een nette walk-in doushe, koffie en thee faciliteiten, prima bedden en airco... We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Hotel is echt netjes en wordt goed schoon gehouden. Ontbijt was wel wat simpel, echt Amerikaans. Beneden is er een leuk zwembad wat wel iets verwarmd is, niet te.. Maar prima te doen. Het bubbelbad daarintegen was heeeerlijk. Parkeren om de hoek was mogelijk!
