They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

El LUMA Hotel - Times Square es troba a Nova York, a 300 m de Times Square, i us ofereix restaurant, Wi-Fi gratuïta i bar. The individual touch on all the support given and the responsiveness to any requests made. Staff is just brilliant, especially at breakfast (thanks a lot Ron!!). Food was of good quality and variety, room was very quiet, not much (to none) waiting time for elevators (we were at 27th floor). Location is perfect. Clearly a place to come back whenever going to NYC.
