They were very accommodating especially after booking.com messed up the reservation after having to cancel one of the five rooms. They also let us hang out in the lobby and celebrate our Christmas on Saturday evening. Also the rooms are large and very well appointed.

The inn was very clean and the Ned was sooo comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and available. We had a great meal at the American legion hall. Very impressive for such a small town. Immediately off the freeway.

The Olive Ann Hotel, Grand Forks, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel tem bicicletas grátis, academia, terraço e bar em Grand Forks. This is the definition of a quality boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. The staff were friendly, giving us a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. We mentioned we were celebrating my wife's birthday and she was wished a happy birthday by the staff when we arrived. We received the same kind of friendly treatment at the restaurant located in the hotel. Excellent staff and the place is beautiful.
