The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good. I think I had one of the nicer rooms so I might be biased, but it was really nice. It had a desk and chair to work on. The internet was on a working well for the entire duration of my 7-day stay. They also have a nice spacious patio to relax, and a comfortable lounge with a communal TV downstairs.

Wonderful apartment!! Clean, has everything you need (even an iron). The most important thing is quick and easy check-in! We stayed for one night, and got from the airport by Bolt for 7,000 kwanzas (cash), 45 minutes.

The staff are excellent. Rooms have everything we need including good AC and a hot shower. Breakfast is good. The hotel will exchange currency at the official rates. Much easier than waiting at long bank lines.

Luanda is underrated.
Luanda is underrated. It has a reputation far worse than the reality, and is worth a trip, as are other parts of Angola. It is however expensive for hotels, and also for the air ticket.
As in many countries, the people are kind and helpful and the main attraction.

Big population for a crazy economy. Needs to work on general safety to be a number 1 touristic destination which it can easily be.

Beautiful city and very clean in some parts.
Beautiful city and very clean in some parts. Other parts are really filthy with lots of rubbish. The people are friendly, the food isn't bad; sometimes too salty and not spicy enough. The weather is wonderful, sunny but cool. The traffic is unbearable. There are mosquitoes, so come prepared. It's a place I would visit again.
