No matter how many positive comments I share, they would still fall short for this place. From the warm welcome to the moment we left, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. There is an incredible effort to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the guests. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The building itself is so impressive that staying here makes you feel special. For dinner, we chose the open buffet and everything was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly without hesitation.

Foz do Iguaçu şehrinde, Casino Iguazu noktasına 13 km mesafede bulunan Canzi Cataratas Hotel tesisi açık yüzme havuzu, ücretsiz özel park yeri, bahçe ve ortak oturma alanı olanağı sunar. Resepsiyon çalışanlarından özellikle Bruno’ya çok teşekkür ederim. Diğer çalışanlar da gayet iyilerdi ama Bruno’yu ayırt eden özellik İngilizceyi çok iyi konuşmasıydı. En önemlisi de ben tek gün kalacaktım. O gün yağmur sonrası devrilen ağaçlar yüzünden İguazu şelaleleri parkının kapalı olması sebebiyle beni teskin etmesi, benimle beraber Arjantin tarafındaki parka gitmem için çare araması, sonra da parkın açılmasını öğlene kadar beklememi söylemesi. Onun verdiği cesaretle bekledim, önce Bird park’a gittim ve dediği gibi öğlene doğru şelale parkı açıldı. Otelin iyi olan diğer yönleri ise görülecek iki tane önemli yer var kuş parkı ve şelale parkı, ikisine de yürüyerek çok yakın. En fazla 15 dakika yürünüyor ve ben yolda güvenlik sorunuyla karşılaşmadım.

Pamela and the rest of the staff were more than helpful, I felt like they were doing everything to help us feel comfortable. 5 minutes walk from the Helicopter pad, the birds park and the iguacu national park entrance which made our day super easy.

Great location very close the national park entrance and the bird park. Close to airport. Nice surroundings. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good and they also had burgers available for dinner very affordable and tasty.
