Hosts were very helpful and attentive and prompt to respond when I needed help- like when the wifi router had to be restarted. The listed washing machine was not working so they offered to do my laundry as well which was super helpful. They are very nice people with a cute dog who is their mascot! They kept the place clean and well stocked, giving a full hotel experience. The place is very close to restaurants and banks and in a safe neighborhood. There was a very secure place to park my motorcycle as well. The value is unbeatable in Ushuaia.

Interesting place with good facilities and tourist information. Prison Museum has a lot of topics and needs a couple of days to do it justice(!). trips out to local places are easy, the National park is a good day out and shuttle busses to hikes work well.

This was an exciting place to explore prior to our cruise departure. Enjoyed taking the reasonably priced shuttle for a day of hiking at the nearby national park, Tierra del Fuego.
A package or QR code of nearby tourist information (eg. Suggested types of restaurants, where the information centre is, etc. ) would be a lovely edition in the room.

Tourist city that still retains its gutsy character. When the clouds lift the views are breathtaking - but be prepared for the all weathers! Excellent food, drink and welcomes throughout. People were lovely. Great for nature-lovers and foodies.
