Regular with Nightcap group and first time here and was very happy to stay here and it was pleasant and comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. TV were smart with you tube and other streaming channels and it was useful. Staffs were (Kat and others) friendly and helpful. Complimentary 2 drinks for double occupancy welcomed.

We have stayed in the double rooms many times and when my Mum spent 7 weeks in Bankstown Hospital recently we needed to spend quite a few nights here. Denise at reception was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. The accommodation is not 5 star but it is very clean, comfortable has kitchenette and well priced. Thanks Denise, we'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the bed, so soft and comfy. The morning breakfast was yum ! even though we got there late they were still very accommodating. Staff were so friendly and happy !! Parking was fantastic and we had no issues getting in and out.

for us the location was perfect as we attended a wedding in the area. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and free WiFi.
There were great areas both inside and out for a drink snacks or meals. The food was of a very high standard. Great service and friendly staff.
You could get a breakfast pack which we didn't do. But we would have liked to have had the choice of going to restaurant for breakfast rather than eating in the room. The is really the only issue we had and its very small.

Whilst inside the flat was clean the entry was disturbingly untidy. The kitchenette was very basic and I found the teabag jar and supplies to be very oily from the want of a wash after being above the stove.
There were no milk or biscuits for tea or coffee and nothing supplied for breakfast

I stayed at this hotel in Bankstown in December 2025 for one night only. During the evening, my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I had to sleep with this unpleasant odour. I complained at reception, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. Additionally, the toilet seat was not properly fixed. I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

It was mainly out of need however it is handy to amenities and the car dealership. We came down to pick up a car nearby in Lansvale. We ate nearby at the restaurant in the Holiday Inn - The Warwick which I highly recommend.

Room lacked operating windows. There should be at least a drinking cup/glass, even disposable ones would be fine and a kettle as well. These are basic things. I was looking for bottle opener. Couldn't find one, then I used my teeth to open the bottle.

The facility is clean and spacious.It has plenty options ,pool etc.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean with a contemporary atmosphere.Bars and restaurants are very good with varied menus.Warwick farm was ideal for the four day event I attended.very good conference rooms.Staff were very obliging.Would recommend.

It is a recommended choice as transit for people who love diversity of foods and a good rest before continuing travels ahead. There are good eating places nearby offered authentic foods of Vietnamese origin, Laos, Thai...origin as well. There are train stations that guests can use to visit other places around Sydney, including the metro and subway, stations, light trains to Sydney Harbour Bridge, the China town, Bankstown etc...

Riverwood is so convenient with shops close by including fruit and vegetable markets, Woolworths supermarket, and restaurants with different cuisine close to the train station. The weather doesn't get too hot (it doesn't reach 40 degrees). It is really easy to get around Riverwood.
