Michele made my son and me feel as if we were returning to our own beds. The accommodation is clean, welcoming, and private. We arrived to the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread, pumpkin soup, and an enticing display of breakfast treats. The main bedroom is large and inviting, with an extremely comfortable bed and linen. The second bedroom made my thirteen-year-old feel secure, comfortable, and at home, allowing him to fall asleep within minutes. Twelve 30 has gone above and beyond to ensure you can leave home and arrive at another location without any hassle. The location is extremely close to all landmarks, allowing you to fully embrace the Tasmanian life. We will be staying with Twenty30 with pleasure in the near future.

Obiekt Mount Rumney Escapes - 3 Seaview Wombat House położony jest w miejscowości Mount Rumney. Everything was wonderful. The views were incredible, it was immaculate, new, & extremely comfortable. We ate breakfast watching three wallabies infront of our house. We were visited in the carpark by goats, wallabies & even a little possum in the evening. We saw more wildlife in their natural environment than anywhere else in Tasmania.

About 20 minutes from Hobart Airport, the Kangaroo House of Mount Rumney Escapes is a secluded wonderful hideout with a lovely view of Hobart. We like the comfy beds, the complete kitchen, the very clean bathroom, and the wallabies and echidna immediately outside. The very kind host was reachable even late at night.
