It is very quiet and relaxing, and it is really a pleasant environment, and things are placed in an orderly manner. Lily and her brother's behavior is very friendly. The doors of the rooms have a separate lock and easy entry. Complete appliances such as washing machine and kitchen appliances are available and their cleanliness and bathroom and toilet are amazing.

We loved everything! Amy and Tommy have made their little unit very special. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and there are lots of little extras left for you in case you forgot to pack them. Shower was great, bed was very comfortable but quite high for short people! We would definitely love to stay again.

As I said before , outdoor area needs a bit of mulch or just clean up outside everyone’s windows , it wouldn’t take much , if I had my blower with me I could have done it , maybe some flowers would bake heaps of difference just naturally ones that doesn’t need watering & no service

Front of the premises looks a bit like the inside.
They didn’t bother replying to email sent regards late check out. Didn’t matter any way glad I’m glad they didn’t.
U get what u pay for.
Do yourself a favour and spend a little extra or stay in your car . I recommend the motel for viewing Ican Ruins because it looks like one.

Beware of bathroom when entering you don't hit knees on toilets at doorway it's bad design and accident prone.
When there 4 people staying only 2 seater couch and oddy, when you had busy day it would be nice if 4 people could relax or watch TV.
The outside area was good, beds comfortable.
No USB fixtures to charge mobiles or tablets for travellers .
It would be nice to have bigger milk for tea or coffee not everyone drink black coffee or tea, very low on sugar.
Due to prices on item on counter or fridge not out of date.
Parking should be included in the price, so can relax without worries and panic when area is unknown, it helps travellers, then to find vehicle gone. One light should be better then 7 when it empty for next booking. Saucepans should be kept at low cupboard due to height not everyone tall.

It’s more like motel, first in first serve parking space in front of our room. The room was in separate building so it’s quiet and secure. It’s worth the money. Location was excellent, easy to access local business.

Freat location.
Freat location. Visited a reataurant approx. 10 mins. away by taxi.Then taxi back to motel.
The dining room menu looked great, but we had already booked in to other restaurant. Lobster Cave. Next time we will eat at motel restaurant.

the only downside for us was it was quite a walk to the train station but only because i have mobility issues
It is a good location for getting out and about to other suburbs

There is a lot to see and do in the area, including a DFO...
There is a lot to see and do in the area, including a DFO for the shoppers, beautiful beaches and cafes/ restaurants close by. There are difficulties with finding a parking space near the beaches. We are at the Lobster cave and the Dingley hotel, which were both worth while.

Staying in Parkdale was the closest we could get to our social function in Mordialloc central. Parkdale is an improving suburb near the water and the walk from there to Mordialloc along the highway was entertaining if you like domestic gardens and new and old nits and apartments as a social observer.
It's only 3km from Mordialloc and a good place to stay if one needs it.
For New Years Eve, inside our room was remarkably quiet in terms of what may have been folk staying there celebrating. Overall the room we had was comfortable in the extreme outside heat at the peak of summer and we were especially grateful that the AC, fridge and shower were so functional.

Only has cups/plates etc. for 2 people so constantly washing up. No dishwasher in room. Did expect a washing maching however I may not have checked that out enough.
Did experience problems with the internet and it was fixed shortly after however experienced the same problems the next day.
