Perfect location near the amazing aviation museum and close to town and the fantastic rural museum, very personable and kind hosts who have equipped the place with everything you need, outdoor dining area on front porch and side verandah off the main bedroom, and the most comfortable beds and pillows....seriously, 11/10 on the mattresses and bedding and pillows! Also, most places only have one AC unit but there are 3 in this home so you can adjust the temperature in each room. That was very thoughtful. My family loved having the Nespresso coffee machine and frother. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals and my Dad enjoyed getting steaks from the terrific local butcher and using the BBQ outside. Thanks, Gill, for everything, & hope we can make our way back again soon!

This property was very good value with a great communal kitchen where it is possible to meet up with fellow travellers. The location is excellent. I was on a work trip and would be very happy to stay again. When I unfortunately left my device in my room the staff were exceptionally kind and efficient. Kaylene went above and beyond to ensure the IPAD was sent on to me. Thankyou so much Kaylene!

the managers of the motel are really nice & helpful We came for a family funeral & wake 3rd time staying at motel Good value for money if you need a very quiet place to stay for a good nights sleep in a comfy big bed 2 cumfy bedside chairs M'wave,toaster & kettle for self catering Nice toiletries,face washer,hand & tea towels,washing up stuff Good air con for heating & cooling Manager brought us over a slice of carrot cake in the morning....this was delicious and totally unexpected I'm allergic to pet hair....and had no probs on our 3 stays in 3 years

Enjoyed the rural museum at the tourist information centre,...

Enjoyed the rural museum at the tourist information centre, was impressed with the rose garden and the park, all very well maintained, enjoyed the Japanese garden, and knowing the history that went with it made added to the experience, the Temora aviation museum was excellent, and meal at the ex service club to top it off.

Warbirds Air Show is well worth attending.

Warbirds Air Show is well worth attending. Volunteers and organisers did a fantastic job, over the entire weekend. We obtained tickets in Hardings Country Club - tremendous. The flying displays were just about continuous. The commentary was remarkable. You couldn’t do much better than observe the skills of the pilots, as they flew in formation and performed manoeuvres and aerobatics in so many remarkable aircraft.
